USTA Winter Nationals Update

The USTA Winter Nationals will play the round of 16 in all four age divisions on Wednesday, so I thought it might be a good time to catch up on what has happened the past three days in Arizona.  Below you can find the status of the Top 8 seeds and the names of the unseeded players who have reached the round of 16. The Girls 16s still have all Top 8 seeds in the fourth round and even one of the unseeded players in the last 16, Junior Orange Bowl finalist Naomi Cheong, is hardly a surprise. In contrast, six of the 16 players left in the Boys 16s are unseeded.
